the room Had poor soundproofing. i could hear street noise late into the night and early in the morning. ALSO, the breakfast buffet was uninspired. it Was the same every day and lacked variety.

Great Location and Helpful Staff

The staff was really helpful and always had a smile. We were able to check in earlier, which helped us a lot since we landed in the morning and were very tired. The breakfast was diverse and affordable at 7 EUR per person (especially the Spanish tortilla!). The hotel is located close to the metro and bus stations. Accessing the city center takes only about 20-30 minutes.
Even on the 4th floor, I could hear people talking in the street. I could also hear other guests walking on the upper floor. The noise coming from the street and inside the hotel was a little disruptive.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful, always offering assistance with a smile. Staff provided quick responses to requests and maintained a positive attitude. They also gave clear directions to nearby attractions and transport links, really helpful.

i found the hotel very clean. the bed was comfortable and quite big. the staff assisted with getting in and out of the nearby parking garage. i was pleased to find many shops and cafes close by so everything was very handy.
i found the noise from the street rather loud. even on a high floor, street conversations were audible. i also heard other guests walking on the floor above.

I found the king room impeccably clean. the air conditioning worked effectively, i was very comfortable. there was a metro station conveniently located nearby, about five minutes away. breakfast included a tasty potato omelet. I liked that.
I noticed some street noise from my room. It slightly bothered me in the morning.

the room includes a mini refrigerator. i found a big screen tv with netflix access, also included spanish tv channels. there was an extra pillow in the closet, that's a nice touch.
the street nearby did have some noise, it was a bit loud at times.
